Step 2: Check the Admission Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Theology
  2. Equivalency certificate (for foreign degrees, if needed).
  3. English proficiency (minimum):
    • TOEFL ITP 500
    • TOEFL iBT 61
    • TOEFL CBT 173
    • IELTS 5.5
  4. Entrance selection:
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Filled in using online application
    • Sample academic paper
    • Motivation Letter: Template

Step 3: Prepare Your Documents

✅ Certified copy of your most recent academic diploma
✅ Official academic transcripts from all previously attended institutions
✅ Personal statement or statement of purpose (2–3 pages)

Step 4: Submit Your Application: Online Application

You may submit your application through online application.

Complete the online application form and scanned supporting documents to the application.

Please ensure all documents are clear and legible.

Upload all required documents as directed on the online application form.

Upon submission, you will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee. Payment details and instructions will be provided through the online application.

Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

Step 6: Prepare Your Academic Paper

Following the approval of your application, you will be assigned a specific topic by the admission team. You are required to prepare and submit an academic paper based on this assigned topic as part of the selection process.

This paper serves as an opportunity for the admission team to assess your:

  • Theological knowledge and understanding
  • Academic writing ability
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Contextual awareness

Step 7: Attend the Selection Interview (Online)

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview conducted by the Faculty Senate or a Designated admissions team. The interview will assess your:

  • Academic readiness and theological foundation
  • Ministerial or personal motivation
  • Suitability for your chosen major

Step 8: Receive Your Admission Decision

Following the interview and the academic paper submission, the admission team will deliberate and issue a formation admission decision. If accepted, you will receive:

✅ Enrollment and registration instructions
✅ Tuition fee payment schedule
✅ Information on available scholarship opportunities
